On October 14, 2025, Thang Long Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc) Corporation solemnly held the 10-Year Anniversary Celebration at Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen Hotel.
The event welcomed nearly 160 guests from Japan and Vietnam. It was our great honor to have the presence of Mr. Naoki Ito – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Mr. Tran Duy Dong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Tho province.
10 years is not merely a span of time, but a journey written with effort, companionship, and unforgettable milestones.
Over the past decade, we have signed contracts with 60 Tenants including office tenants, with an occupancy rate of 96% and created jobs for more than 13,000 workers in the province.
We have gradually developed and strived to build strong and close relationships with customers, partners and local authorities. It is the trust, support and companionship of customers and local authorities that have helped us achieve the achievements we have today.
We would like to share with you an excerpt from the speech of General Director Kawanabe Kenta on the day of the event.
“It is with great joy that I welcome this commemorative ceremony together with all of you, marking 10 years since our journey began.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Chairman Đông and the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee, the Industrial Park Management Board, officials from the provincial government, His Excellency Ambassador Ito and representatives of the Embassy of Japan and the Government of Japan, as well as the 60 tenant companies. Without your invaluable support, the development we see today would not have been possible.
The area where Thang Long Industrial Park III is located spans Binh Xuyen Commune and Binh Nguyen Commune in Phu Tho Province. Ten years ago, when we began developing this industrial park, it was part of Thien Ke Commune and Tam Hop Commune in Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province. The development of this park would not have been possible without the understanding and cooperation of the landowners who generously provided their valuable land. Many local stakeholders are present with us today, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation once again.
In closing, we firmly believe that continuing to grow in this region and contributing to the local economy is the best way to give back to the community. Thanks to your support, Thang Long Industrial Park III has completed the development of land. We are committed to growing together with the local community and contributing to its development. We sincerely ask for your continued support and cooperation in the years to come.”
