Vinh Phuc People’s Committee ("VPPC”), Sumitomo Corporation ("SC”) and Thang Long Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc) Corporation ("TLIP3”) have agreed to work together in a new initiative which is being created specifically for inviting small and medium sized Japanese manufacturers to Vinh Phuc Province for strengthening supporting industries in the Vinh Phuc province.
